The American Legion Riders from Chino Valley and Camp Verde collected donations in their areas from individuals, families and groups, small businesses and corporations.
The Riders were able to get enough donations to buy 1,200 wreaths, and received help laying them from Girls Scouts, Boy Scouts, Prescott-area Arizona Army National Guard members and others.
The Prescott cemetery has about 4,000 veterans buried there.
